Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Definer is a dual-ended brow pencil and spooley brush to shape and define the eyebrows. This eyebrow pencil has a unique triangular tip, providing three different sized edges, with one side to outline and shade the brows, another to fill in and define, and a fine tip for drawing hairs.
