How to use
Starting at the base of your upper lashes, wiggle the Clinique High Impact Mascara wand through to the tips, repeating until you reach your desired volume and length, then lightly sweep over lower lashes if desired. Allow each coat to dry slightly before adding another for buildable impact, and remove at the end of the day with your preferred eye makeup remover and lukewarm water. Use daily or whenever you want defined, high-impact lashes.
