We will happily provide you with a refund if you are in anyway unsatisfied with your purchase, however, please see the below steps to determine if you are eligible for a refund or exchange. Please be advised we do not refund delivery costs unless the item is damaged or faulty.
While all care has been taken to ensure your goods arrive safely and undamaged, there are sometimes instances beyond our control where an item may be damaged in transit, an item is not as described or faulty.
Before we can issue a refund or exchange, please follow these simple steps:
Email help@ontrendbeauty.com.au providing the order number, which can be found on your confirmation/shipment email, a detailed description of the issue and upload supporting images with your enquiry.
Once our team has reviewed your return request, we will provide you with a return label to post the item back to us. As soon as we receive confirmation of the shipment back to us, we will issue the refund or organise the shipment of the item you wish to exchange it for.
For international returns, you will be required to return the item/s to us and once we have received the item back we will provide a refund for the shipping amount.
Please note: If the item is damaged through misuse, we will not provide a refund or exchange.
We understand that sometimes you change your mind or may no longer need the item you ordered and that’s totally fine! We are more than happy to offer refunds on change of mind purchases, however the refund will only apply to the item and the cost to ship the items back to us will be the responsibility of the customer.
Following the same steps above, contact help@ontrendbeauty.com.au and provide your order number, which can be found on your confirmation/shipment email, a brief description of the reason for the return and images confirming the item is unopened and in its original packaging. Anything that does not meet these requirements will not be accepted as a return.
For all returns, please ensure you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
Shipping fees are non-refundable for parcels returned to us with the status "Return to Sender" as indicated by Australia Post.
In such cases, if you request a refund for the returned order, a return processing fee of $15 will be applied. This amount will be deducted from the refund associated with the relevant order.
